Did you design the cover? Yes. I told Karen exactly what I wanted and she delivered. I was shocked as to how perfect it fit my specifications.
Did your publisher design the cover? No, but she was very agreeable to what I wanted.
Did you get to give any input about the cover design? Yes. I wanted the Minneapolis skyline with crime scene tape embossed over the top.
